Villa della Tenuta

The Villa of the Estate consists of 7 apartments located in the hills near the village of Montaione, a picturesque village between Florence and Volterra. It is surrounded by meadows where cows graze and small artificial lakes. A landscape that is therefore very relaxing. The structure is typical of Tuscan country houses with terracotta floors and wooden beams, but it has been enriched with large windows, confortable and complete furnishings. You can spend your time, in addition to taking trips to the nearby towns, such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, the hometown of Boccaccio and Volterra, relaxing on the side of the beautiful swimming pool pool for children (0.90m deep) and an outdoor shower. All the apartments have direct access to the garden where they have their own floors and central heating. A laundry room is shared among the guests. Near the structure there is a large hall where dinner, lunch, ceremonies and weddings may take place. Maid service is available on request. Parking on the property.
