Accommodations:

The Inn has:
- 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms for 6 people, with cozy living room and ancient Tuscan fireplace
- 1 large suite which includes 1 bedroom + living area with pull out twin couch - Suite sleeps up to 3 people.
Note: this suite would be used for disabled persons (disabled bathroom), if applicable - Casa Blue (this is a separate house) - sleeps up to 4 people. It has a kitchen and spacious living area on ground floor and then upstairs 2 bedrooms (a double bed in one room & 2 single beds in the other room.
Note: This could be the Bridal Cottage if B&G prefers to stay separately from family/guests - 9 Double rooms - 2 per room (sleeps up to 18 people)
All with en-suite bathroom (hairdryers included), most with ceiling fans and queen-sized beds that can be divided into separate single beds
All rooms have central floor heating and heated towel racks in the bathrooms; some rooms have small Danish wood-burning stoves - Outdoor pool with sun beds immersed in the olive grove (pool towels included)
Opens: 1 May (weather permitting): Closes: 31 October - Spa with Turkish bath & Jacuzzi (each able to accommodate 6 people) - € 15 per person (pay directly to owner)

Note: The Inn does not have self-catering facilities:
During your stay, you can dine in the Inn by reservation only. You will be able to taste organic products of their farm, and take cooking classes where you will learn to make simple, genuine traditional Sienese and Tuscan dishes. Lunches start at € 20 & Dinner starts at € 35 - (pay directly to owner). Menus change daily. Cooking Lessons are extra - you can speak to owner upon arrival, the prices vary depending on what you will be cooking
Meals are served around the large wooden table in the large dining room with its typical Tuscan fireplace.
Note: for lunch & dinner you must make reservation in the morning.
The kitchen, which can be seen from the dining room through a glass wall, adjoins the large ancient wood burning stove which is still in perfect working condition
