Villa Minuta is a private villa with only 5 double rooms, located in one of the most panoramic points of the town of Scala, the oldest village on the Amalfi coast, facing the promontory of the famous Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, overlooking Amalfi and Atrani about 400 meters of height.
You can access the villa only on foot through a characteristic panoramic road made up of 100 steps down, crossing halfway a beautiful Romanesque church of the ninth century with a breathtaking view of the Amalfi coast.

The rent of the villa is exclusive from Saturday to Saturday and the number that we can accommodate is 10 people, on request you can add 2 more beds or 2 cots for a maximum of 12 people, including children.
The weekly rent of the villa includes water, gas, air conditioning, electricity with a maximum ceiling of up to 300kw (over Euro 0,40 / kw per consumption), a supply of bed linen and towels and mid-week cleaning of 4 times for 8 total hours.
Additional costs payable locally at the end of the stay, in cash:
• final cleaning € 280.00
• any additional beds Euro 65.00 per day, per cot
• any cribs added Euro 15.00 per day, per cradle
• tourist tax Euro 1.00 per person, per day, children under 12 years exempt
 
Security deposit of Euro 800.00 upon arrival at the villa, which will be returned at the end of the stay, in the absence of damage caused to the structure.
Villa Minuta lends itself very well to the making of weddings given its proximity to the Romanesque Church of Santa Maria Annunziata and the beautiful outdoor spaces with the panoramic terraces and manicured gardens, which find their ideal setting here.
