Santavenere sits on an idyllic 11-acre peninsula - it is without question one of the most beautiful venues for a wedding not just in Italy, but anywhere. The sea is blue, perfectly blue; the coastal views are second to none. On the mountains above the hotel sits the historic town of Maratea and above that perches the famous statue of Christ the redeemer. It is so perfect with absolute privacy, it was Frank Sinatra's "Italian hideaway".

- Weddings in April & October are only held on the terrace high above the sea at the top of the hotel (Le Lanterne)
- Weddings between May - September are held down at the beach restaurant (Il Carrubo) with Minimum: 30 adult meals; Maximum: 100. NOTE: Weddings of less than 30 adults will have to pay a hosting fee to the hotel of € 3000.00 if you want your wedding at Il Carrubo. Otherwise, the wedding would be at the top of the hotel with no fee (Le Lanterne)
