How Our Wedding Planners Manage
Weddings
We assign a TEAM of two or three on-site
Italian wedding planners to all our
destination Italian Weddings, not just one wedding planner. Have
a look at our testimonials and contrast
them with other Italian wedding planners. Every testimony of ours
refers to at least two of our staff members - sometimes
three, sometimes even 4 planners for very large weddings.
Our wedding planners in Italy
are based in the region - not 1000's of miles away, nor even
100 miles.
Wedding cannot be effectively managed from afar.
We have
had
a long relationship with the region's service providers
(hotels, florists, etc) - they are our neighbours. We have had
the time and the knowledge to eliminate the ones that have not
performed; and, to trust the ones that have performed over
years.
Each
wedding planner in Italy is a native English speaker.
Communication problems, both language and cultural differences,
are a major source of wedding problems.
Unlike
most wedding Italy planners, we do not subcontract any aspect
of the planning & management of any wedding in Italy.
Most wedding planners for Italy, because they are based far from the
wedding, subcontract the wedding management to other companies.
This extra layer of management induces errors and lack of
responsiveness.
When you arrive in the area, we
will meet you and have a personal face to face review of the wedding
plan. e will take you to the photographer to ensure that they
fully understand what you want from your photos in terms of style,
locations, etc.
We will loan you a
pre-programmed cell phone so you can keep in touch throughout your stay.
